Arrow uses factories in the South Pacific where the clothing industry has an experienced workforce. These factories assist Arrow to produce short to medium run garment quantities of a very high quality.
Arrow sources from certified, audited factories across South East Asia, India, Sri Lanka, China and Pakistan and Eastern Europe. We offer security of supply to our clients through our diverse range of manufacturing and supply partners in various parts of the world.
We hold 400,000 units of stock garment ranges in our distribution centre for immediate delivery. In addition we also hold stock of our clients garments pre-branded for same-day or overnight delivery.
Our production and sourcing teams enforce strict protocols and auditing criteria. This ensures we can look our customers in the eye and say that what they are wearing has been sourced in an ethical and sustainable way. Its also the right thing to do.
Most of our customer's orders are dispatched direct from our centrally located distribution centre. We can keep you informed of where your order is currently at, and when your order is dispatched. We also utilise overnight couriers for faster delivery.
