Delivery and Returns
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorisation number, that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
The item must be returned to Prestige Corporate Clothing within 14 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging, and protective shields on swimsuit bottoms). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit your original method of payment. Alternatively, you can make an exchange for an item of the same value. See below for more details on sale items.
Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Prestige Corporate Clothing can’t always guarantee availability of products from stock that is seasonal and therefore, limited. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please follow the instructions noted above for returns.
We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
When exchanging for a "change of mind", a re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. It would be helpful if you can also indicate an alternate style, incase we cannot fill your first choice.
If your exchange is above the price of the orginal order, we will need to contact you for your credit card details. For overseas exchanges, delivery cost will be at original shipping charges.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the Prestige Corporate Clothing office. Please remember to include with the return a copy of the orginal invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number AND your authorisation number.

STANDARD DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
FREIGHT IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100 FOR DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA
- $10 for shipping and handling within Australia on orders less than $100
- $3.00 for gift voucher only purchases
Items on back order may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied. For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent via traceable mail/freight.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. - Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
- If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.
